I specialize in working with athletes and individuals who want to improve their movement, performance, and overall well-being. My approach is rooted in evidence-based care and a strong understanding of how the body moves, shaped by years of personal athletic experience and ongoing advanced education.

My goal is to help you reduce pain, recover from injury, and move with confidence so you can perform at your best, whether that is in sport, everyday activities, or doing the things you enjoy most. I leverage a problem-solving approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand the root cause that is contributing to your pain.

Through a comprehensive assessment, I create a personalized treatment plan tailored to you and your goals. Treatments include a variety of modalities such as manual and deep tissue therapy, shockwave therapy, IASTM and other evidence-based techniques. Throughout the process, I focus on helping you understand your pain, allowing you to take an active role in your recovery and return to feeling your best.
