My goal is to help you reduce pain, recover from injury, and move with confidence so you can perform at your best, whether that is in sport, everyday life, or doing the things you enjoy most. I leverage a problem-solving approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand the root cause contributing to your pain.

Through a comprehensive assessment, I create a personalized treatment plan tailored to you and your goals. Treatments include Adhesion Release Method and a variety of evidence base modalities such as manual and deep tissue therapy, shockwave therapy, and IASTM. Throughout the process, I focus on helping you understand your pain, allowing you to take an active role in your recovery and return to feeling your best.
